Are pets allowed at La Roucoulade?
No, pets are not allowed on the property.
Is there parking on site?
Yes.
La Roucoulade has a private parking lot on the property.
For events with more people than just the household members, parking arrangements must be made in advance with Clémence.
Is there an electric vehicle terminal?
Yes, the cottage is equipped with an 11 kW universal charging station for electric vehicles. Use of the charging station is included in the price of your stay.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your own breakfast, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, jams, and honey available.
Are bed linens and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided during your stay.
Are the experiences included in the price of the stay?
No, experiences are not included in the price of the stay. Each experience is optional and can be customized according to your preferences.
Is the cottage suitable for remote working?
Yes, the cottage is equipped with a workspace and high-speed internet connection, ideal for remote working in Provence.
Does the cottage have a swimming pool?
Yes, the cottage provides access to a large heated and secure swimming pool, open from late March to early November.
Are you still present?
When the vacation rental is booked on its own, we live in the adjoining house. The vacation rental is completely separate and has its own private spaces. I’m simply available if you need directions, advice, or a helping hand.
When the house is rented out, we go on vacation. You’ll have the place all to yourselves.
Where is La Roucoulade cottage located?
La Roucoulade guesthouse is located in Ventabren, Provence, 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 40 minutes from Marseille.
How many people can the cottage accommodate?
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a couple, a small family, or a business trip.
Is it possible to organize a party at La Roucoulade?
La Roucoulade is, above all, a place for taking it slowplace, located in the heart of the village of Ventabren.
It’s a place designed for getting together, sharing large meals, enjoying the garden and the pool, and spending long evenings with loved ones.
However, La Roucoulade is not suitable for very loud parties.
Outdoor music must be turned off by 11 p.m.
Bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, and “dance party”-style events are not permitted.
Is it possible to organize an event at La Roucoulade?
Yes, as part of your stay.
La Roucoulade is particularly well-suited for intimate family and friends gatherings:
- birthdays
- baptisms
- family reunions
- engagement
- intimate weddings
- get-togethers with family or friends
The property can accommodate up to 15 people to sleep on-site.
